However, colors, materials, crystals, natural components, handcrafted details, or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen or from one product to another.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your subjective expectations or be identical to photographs or other representations displayed in our online store.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Wealth Candle Ritual
The LALOVE Wealth Candle — Seven Stars & Five Elements Ritual and its related ritual, intention-setting, Five Elements, Seven Stars, abundance, and symbolic content are offered for symbolic, ceremonial, inspirational, and personal-reflection purposes.
The Wealth Candle Ritual is designed as a one-time ceremonial experience. The ritual does not require all of the wax to be consumed. If wax remains after the ritual is complete, the candle may be enjoyed in later burns as a regular candle. These later burns are for ordinary candle use only and are not considered a continuation or repetition of the Wealth Candle Ritual.
LALOVE does not promise or guarantee financial gain, wealth, spiritual results, health benefits, or any other specific outcome from purchasing or using the Wealth Candle or participating in the ritual.
The product and related content do not constitute financial, medical, legal, investment, or other professional advice.
All candles must be used in accordance with the candle care, ritual, and safety instructions provided with or for the product.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LALOVE reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any lawful reason at its discretion.
Your order is not accepted until LALOVE confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as LALOVE may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided when the order was placed.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
The LALOVE Wealth Candle — Seven Stars & Five Elements Ritual is designated as a Final Sale item and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or after the candle has been lit, used, altered, or the ritual has begun.
Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our Store are made directly with LALOVE.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and LALOVE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with LALOVE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LALOVE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LALOVE, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

(2) your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party; or
(3) your misuse of the Services.

You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of such claims.
