Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and provide any options required by applicable law.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, LALOVE ships within the United States only.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping service selected.

Available shipping options and charges may vary by destination. Customers can review the available shipping methods and total shipping cost at checkout before completing their purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of LALOVE's control.

Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact LALOVE as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
