All purchases of the LALOVE Wealth Candle — Seven Stars & Five Elements Ritual are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or after the candle has been lit, used, altered, or the ritual has begun.

Because the Wealth Candle is designed as a special ritual product, please review the product description, ritual instructions, candle care instructions, and safety information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact LALOVE promptly through our Contact page.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive, please contact LALOVE so that we can review the shipment and assist you.
